HAIR

What kind of hair does Diva Doll Hair carry?

We carry 5 different hair types. All of our hair is versatile and 100% virgin human hair.


Malaysian Straight: Silky and Bone Straight, relaxed look that can also be curled for a stunning soft curl look.

Indian Natural Wave: Loose wave pattern gives you a Tropical Island look. This hair will return to its beautiful wave pattern after washing, conditioning and air drying.

Indian Medium Curl: Exotic deep wave. The curl pattern will bounce back after washing conditioning and air drying. Indian Medium Curl will flat iron bone straight and looks gorgeous wand curled from its natural state.

Eurasian Ocean Wave: Classic S- shaped pattern body wave. This hair can be flat ironed straight worn in its natural body wave pattern or, worn in beautiful bouncy curls.

Brazilian Tight Curl: Tight Curl / Kinky Curl are every curly girls dream! These heavily defined coils add body and bounce to any natural style with easy manageability. Finger-style these beautiful curls for a natural look. This hair can be flat iron boned straight and will go back to its original state after shampooing, conditioning and air drying.


What is 100% Virgin Human Hair?

100% Virgin human hair is chemically unprocessed human hair.

Chemically unprocessed: hair that has not been altered by dyes, perms, bleaches, or harsh washes.


How many bundles of Diva Doll Hair do I need?

That depends on the desired style, size of head and length of bundles.


Full Sew-In: (With closure or Frontal)

2-3 for a fuller look and shorter lengths 12”/ 15”/18” depending on the hair and size of head.

• 3 for a fuller look and longer lengths/22”/24”/ 28”

2-3 with a closure depending on the length, head size and hair.

2 with a frontal depending on the length, head size and hair


Partial Sew-In: ( No closure, just leave out)

2-3 for a fuller look and shorter lengths 12”/ 15”/18” depending on the hair and head size

3 for a fuller look and longer lengths 22”/24”/ 28” depending on the hair and head size.

Clip-Ins

Note: (All clip-ins are custom orders .All custom orders are final sale!)The amount of clips used is based on the desired style, head size and length of hair.


Clip-Ins: will have 2-4 clips on each track and will be created based on standard measurements.

Standard Measurements:

One 8 inch wide One 7 inch wide One–Two 6 inch wide Three-Four 3 inch wide

Clip-in are available in all textures. All clip-ins must be requested and pre-ordered.

Full Head: 7-10 Tracks    Partial Head: 6-5 Tracks


What are Lace closures and frontals?

Lace closures: Covers the front section of the head from eyebrow to eyebrow. You will not have to leave out any of your own hair. Lace closures will allow your natural hair to breathe while keeping it protected. They lay flat on your head and looks like your natural scalp with hair coming from it.


Lace frontals: Covers the front section of the head from ear to ear. It protects the hairline from damage, allows your natural hair to breathe and provided maximum versatility when it comes to styling hair. They lay flat on your head and looks like your natural scalp with hair coming from it. The frontal gives you the option to part your hair anywhere.

Do you carry Closures and Frontals?

Yes, we carry closures and frontals that blend seamlessly with our hair types. All of our closures and frontals are free parting

Free Parting: Parts created according to the style desired.

Note: We do not offer 360’s. We only carry lace closures and frontals. Lace is more flexible then silk closures. Lace gives the appearance of a natural hairline.

Do you offer any hair services?

Yes, we only offer custom hair services. All of our services are custom orders. Those services are clip-ins, wigs, and custom color hair bundles.

Note: Clip-ins, Wigs, and Custom Color hair bundles must always be requested and pre-ordered. The services are an additional purchase.


How are the custom clip-ins, wigs, and custom color hair bundles created?​

All color, cuts, and sewing services are provided by Professional hair stylist using the Diva Doll Hair of your choice.

What length do the wigs come in?

All of our wigs are customizable. Layers and color is an additional price.

Short: Ear length to Jaw length Inches: 12”15”

Medium: Neck length to Shoulder Inches: 15”18”

Long: Middle of back to Lower back Inches: 22”24”28”


HAIR CARE

Can I wash the hair?

Yes, all of our hair can be washed. All of the hair will return to its natural texture after being washed. We suggest that you use a sulfate free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.

Note: Closures and frontals are very delicate, so be very gentle. Being rough with closures and frontals can cause them to be damaged. Hair will come out of the base creating an open/bald area. This is caused by excessive tugging, brushing/combing, scratching with fingernails or foreign objects, rough handling, vigorous washing, etc.

Can I use heat on the hair?

Yes, heat can be used on all of our hair. You can blow-dry, flat-iron, curl, crimp…etc. Feel free to style your hair as you like. We suggest that you always use a heat protector.

Note: Closures and frontals are very delicate, so be very gentle. Being rough with closures and frontals can cause them to be damaged. Hair will come out of the base creating an open/bald area. This is caused by excessive tugging, brushing/combing, scratching with fingernails or foreign objects, rough handling, vigorous washing, etc.

Yes, all of our hair can be colored and dyed. We suggest you always consult a stylish when picking hair color.

Then once we receive your request/order, we will email you a PayPal invoice for payment. Your invoice will be valid for 24 hours.

PAYMENT

What form of payment do you take?

We accept all major cards which include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All orders are securely processes through PayPal.

Note: You do not have to open a PayPal account to make a purchase.

Do you offer a Payment plan?

Yes, we offer a Payment plan that must be requested. Layaways cannot be combined with any special sales or discounts. We require 50% of the total and a $20 holding fee. Once the 1st payment is made the other 50% must be paid within 60 days. The items are available for pickup and/or delivery once paid in full.

Note: Please ensure that all required payments are made by the due days or your item(s) will not be shipped. If item(s) are not paid for in full by day 60 of the payment plan agreement the holding fee will be voided and not be refunded under any circumstances.

SHIPPING

Note: We ship Monday-Saturday via USPS Priority Shipping. All orders must be processed before they are shipped. This process can take up to 1-2 business days. No orders can be guaranteed to ship out the same day as order is placed. We DO NOT ship on Sundays or holidays.


How long will it take for me to get my order?

You will receive your package within 2-3 days.


Custom orders take longer

Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery of custom orders. In some cases earlier depending on what you ordered. If your order has been processed earlier then expected you will be notified via email.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not.


DELAYED PACKAGE/ WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

Note: Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please Make sure you have included ALL the information needed to deliver your package correctly.


How do I change the shipping address?

If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent please contact us.

Once we are contacted and verify the correct address. You will be charge a $10 fee UPS charges us to make the correction

Note: If a shipment is returned wrong address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED

We are not responsible for delays caused by any weather delays, natural disasters, holiday schedules, or a carrier’s rescheduled delivery date implemented at their own discretion.

For any orders returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, you will be informed of the returned order by telephone or email. If you choose to have your product reshipped there will be a $10.00 reprocessing fee plus a minimum Standard Shipping Rate charged. If you choose to not have your order reshipped, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus non-refundable shipping fee.

If in the case a returned shipment resulted in an error on our part, the order will be re-shipped to you at no cost.
